02. Weight Loss

Isn’t it weird how the weight creeps up when you weren’t looking? You look in the mirror, and who you see isn’t who you really are?  You’ve tried a range of different diets, and whilst they might work for a while, as soon as you stop, you are suddenly back to where you started, and then some.  Or despite working really hard, and staying committed to your goal, those pounds simply aren’t shifting! The methodology I use combines the information from your DNA report and how your genes might be influencing the way your body utilises energy, in addition to motivational coaching. The results are amazing! This isn’t a diet.  This is a healthy lifestyle that works for you.

Coaching is as important as the provision of eating plans when it comes to weight loss.  The length and format of your programme will depend on the frequency of support you require and how much weight you wish to lose.  A first programme will usually provide support over 12 weeks.

03. My Self Care

There comes a point in our lives when we say, ‘enough is enough – no more!’  This programme is for you if you have been traumatised in some way from chronic and sustained exposure to stress, whatever the source and you just need to rebuild and start again.

You need to have some space just for you every week.  You get to strengthen your bounce-back muscle with your coach cheering you on. Your body and mind become healthier and stronger in time and you begin to feel so much more alive. We will work together to help you meet your goals, delivering a simple, achievable, and realistic plan that is bespoke to you.

  • Initial Personal consultation: up to 90 minutes
  • Follow up consultations – either face to face or via skype/zoom/telephone – depending on the tier, between 40-60 minutes
